I have a culinary background and worked at fine-dining/Michelin restaurants worldwide.
However, my purpose and journey have reached far beyond the kitchen to create meaningful concepts and products.
I have helped launch creative cafe/restaurant concepts in Denmark, China, and Japan and published a couple of cookbooks along the way. I later served as the “Director of Food” for a multi-state fast-casual concept with 400+ employees in the US, “Roti”. My job was to create healthy, high-quality meals for the mass market.
In 2014 I co-founded CHEW, an innovation lab in Boston. We grew that from our home kitchen to two innovation labs and 40+ employees spanning food science, culinary, and marketing. Our mission was to “democratize great food”. Primarily working with fortune 500 food companies but also young entrepreneurs. As the CIO, I led project teams through our proprietary innovation process and helped create 500+ innovative products in countless categories. In addition, I helped create brand and portfolio strategies for existing brands to rejuvenate/renovate them for modern needs.
All on a global level.
I have since left, but my ambition remains the same,
creating meaningful products and brands.
